home cookin...

one of the things that i have planned for my life is to do a lot more cooking at home.

don't get me wrong, i will still be hitting up the restaurants, cafes and food trucks but i have so many cookbooks and recipes that i have bookmarked over the years that i want to start exploring.

today i slept in a bit then got up and made a simple shrimp & tofu egg scramble.


I mixed in this delicious sundried tomato seasoning from Lesley Elizabeth and it was soooo gooodddd!!! I can't wait to use it in other things.
